Site Visit

Our team will conduct a thorough site visit to assess the project requirements and gather relevant data for lift design.

Site Meeting

A meeting with all stakeholders to finalize design and project requirements.

Project Approval

Agreeing to contractual terms and conditions, signing of the contract and down payment.

BCA Approval

If we take on the full scope of project, then submissions and approvals of architectural and structural plans are required from the Building and Construction Authority.

Shop Drawings

Preparation of shop drawings for client's approval for manufacturing.

Manufacturing

Submission of final drawings for manufacturing and quality control of components.

Delivery to Site

Efficient logistics planning to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Installation

Installation of the lift components by our skilled technicians.

Testing, Commissioning and Cleaning

Thorough testing and cleaning of the lift before professional engineer inspection and handover.

Handover

Handing over the lift with PTO (Permit to Operate), inclusive of operation and maintenance manuals.

Notification for Lift Servicing

Reminders sent to client for scheduling of lift maintenance services.

Lift Servicing

Conducting regular maintenance services and checking if system to ensure safe operation.
15

Annual Inspections

Engaging the professional engineer to inspect and check the lift system to renew the PTO (Permit to Operate).
16

Maintenance Agreement

Approaching the client to renew the maintenance agreement after completion of one year defect liability period and free maintenance services.
